Here’s our transcript:

[JEFF] It’s December 17th, 2018 and as you watch this, we’re on a big photoshoot. Let’s go back to last week and see how it all came together.

[ZEKE] Getting ready for a large-scale shoot like this involves location scouting. I spent my week going to locations and taking photos and working out those kinds of details.

[KORY] So for a project like this we can’t just throw models in front of a camera. We’re gonna need costumes, props, and set dressing. All to make sure we tell the client’s story.

[JEFF] Meanwhile, I’ve been making call-sheets, hiring extra crew, and generally managing what everybody’s doing to make sure it’s all coordinated. At the same time I had to take a train up to Connecticut to do a photoshoot for another client. Just because we get a large job magically appearing, doesn’t’ mean the day-to-day work disappears.

[KIRK] When you need to book 24 actors and models with less than a week’s notice the week before Christmas, it means you need to send out about 240 emails to get the right response rate. It’s lots of headshots, lots of correspondence, and more or less, lots of time just doing this.

[JEFF] That’s it for this week. Stay busy. Stay engaged. And come back next week to see how it all turned out.
